Slightly old stock, but very clean and tidy and never used. A fascinating book for those serious about their wine cellar. There are sections on the Quality of wine, how to best store, how to establish your own cellar, which wines to choose, from cellar to table, decant or not to decant, the best glasses, the art of tasting, which wines with which foods.
After that there is a diary type record, blank, where you can detail and track the purchases in your own cellar records, and blank pages for tasting notes, together with samples of already filled out pages. The book measures approx 8" x 5.5". A nice thing.
