Found some wonderful books this week at an estate sale. Excellent cookbooks. All in beautiful condition unless noted.

Excellent soft covered book from 1958 with 68 pages, issued by Good Housekeeping magazine and just packed with snack and later dinner recipes.  Since this was published in the 1950s, it has gorgeous photos and glossy pages.

Includes recipes:  bacon, ceese and cress, cheese ball, chicken delicious, chicken almond supper mold, frosted tiered sandwich loaf, cranberry flugg, Hawaiian kabobs, ham and egg puffies, tuna
Waldorf, steak sandwiches, pressed chicken special, cheese olive rolls, flapjacks, ham triangles, crunchy holiday mix, harvest cake, flower tarts, puffy egg b ites, deviled fish sticks, Siskijou oysters, saucy chafing dish, pizza, meat balls,  and lots lots more.

Old fashioned recipes for those late night snacks and the party goodies that we grew up with.

Condition: very good condition for its age. No smudging on cover but small fold on lower corner. Slight curling of corners and slight wear to spine. Pages are slightly discolored from age. Photos just pop in this book.

Excellent cookbook for gift giving or collecting. And the recipes are super good too.
