Goatkeeper & Smallholder

This is Volume 1 No 1 of the publication from May/June 1982, which was the first issue printed after a 20 year break, it has 50 pages, all illustrations are Black & White.
In this issue: AI in Goats, Milk Sheep, Carrot Fly, Blood Mineral Levels, Five Hints Towards Perfect Cheese.

Condition

This issue of the magazine, is in a pretty good condition for its age, although there is some scuffing on the cover as can be seen from the scan.

About the Magazine:

Smallholder Magazine was first published in 1910, as an A4 Newsheet, it was revived in 1982 by Kris Publishing, under the title of Goatkeeper & Smallholder, the title changed to Smallholder Incorporating Goatkeeper in April 1983.

The editor since 1987 has been Liz Wright, the magazine is still published as Smallholder as part of the Newsquest Media Group.
