Description:
Fiber Clean provides an easy way to boost your dietary fiber intake. The fiber comes from psyllium husks, which is a popular source of dietary supplement fiber. Psyllium use has been scientifically documented. Primarily, it is used to help relieve diarrhea and constipation. Some evidence suggests that it may also help to lower cholesterol. Each of the 15,000 gel-coated seeds on the psyllium plant is high in fiber. The mucilage, the main substance of the seed, swells when it comes in contact with water.
This bulking effect helps to push the material through the digestive tract and also to help lubricate it. Because psyllium has the ability to absorb water, it is useful to help relieve the symptoms of diarrhea.
Fiber Clean has 500 mg of psyllium husk powder to conveniently boost your dietary fiber intake.
Serving Size:1 Capsule(s)
Suggested Use:As a dietary supplement, adults take one (1) capsule with eight (8) oz. of water, four (4) to eight (8) times daily, or as directed by a health care professional. Store in a cool, dry place and away from direct light. See warning statement below.

Cautionary Note:Keep out of reach of children. NOTICE: This product contains psyllium husks. Read and follow directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain because psyllium husks may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health. Consult your physician if you have frequent diarrhea or if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
Please note that I do have a smaller bottle of Fiber Clean in my shoppe. I say this incase if you need less capsules.

Shipping is a flat rate of $4.50 for USA customers and $16 for international customers. You can purchase any amount of herbal products in my store and the shipping will only be $4.50 if you're in the USA or $16 everywhere else.
