"Extreme" graphics 3-board set for SGI (Silicon Graphics) Indigo2, in good condition. Part numbers: 030-8105-005, 030-8107-003 and 030-8106-005. Single 13W3 monitor output (sync on green signal).

This is the best possible graphics set for the earlier non-IMPACT Indigo2 workstation. It is 2X faster than Elan and more than 2X faster than GR3-XZ. An ideal upgrade for an older Indigo2 that only has XZ or Elan graphics, or as a backup/spare. AUCTION NOTES:

1. This item is too heavy for small-packet airmail once securely boxed, and using Royal Mail standard parcels is actually more expensive than the rates I have with ParcelForce (costs me 2 UKP to go to a post office by bus), so shipping is by courier only, but the cost is actually less than ordinary mail in many cases, especially to central European nations.

2. I'm happy to combine auctions. I have fixed shipping rates for PF24/48 (UK) or Euro48 (mainland Europe) courier services, so combining auctions is very economical, ie. except for packaging materials and insurance cover, the cost is the same no matter what the weight (max 30kg). An extra charge is only required if the insurance has to be increased beyond 150 UKP (+5 to increase the cover to 500), or if a lot more packaging is required (generally not required). Thus, for example, the PF48/UK shipping cost for a PSU, motherboard, backplane, graphics board and RAM kits for an Indigo2 would still just be 10 UKP (or 15 if the total value did go over 150 UKP).
