This vintage ELEPHANT PLAYING a DRUM may have given some child hours of fun. I looks like something that could have represented the G.O.P.. This is approximately 6” tall.
I don‘t know the maker as I can find not identifying marks on it.
This appears to be in fair condition. The top of the drum is broken and the right eye is missing. The wind up key will turn but it doesn‘t wind the mechanism however if you turn the key backwards it will move the arms and trunk.
