Here is a heavy transformer from an old APC unit. This transformer has 110 volt primaries and gives an unloaded output of 17.25 and 8.6 volts or 14.96 and 7.4 volts. See the pic for more info. Based on my measurements this is how the transformer is built. By the size of the leads it will sink quite a few amps. This transformer would be great for a heavy duty 6/12 volt battery charter. This unit has the numbers E184733 H and 430-2046 on the top. This unit is tested and is in like new condition. Any questions, please ask.

Hello. Unfortunately I don't know the difference however I would think if the part numbers are the same the letter difference may just be a difference in a wire connector or mounting. Do you know what the outputs were on yours? Are the wire colors the same? Bill N.
