Dictionary of Surnames, The Penguin (Reference Books) (Paperback) by Basil Cottle for this author (Author) Spine has sticker from former owner. Cover has crease in back, shows some fading and soiled areas. Page edges show tanning and some soil. Pages are also tanned, but text is clear and readable.

Insurance is not available on 1st class International mail. International shipments contain insurance when requesting Registered 1st Class Mail, $10.80, in addition to regular shipping fees. Insurance My final invoiced shipping fees include a small $1.50 handeling fee. On items shipped to U. S. with item price of $10.00 or more, contains $0.80 fee for Delivery Confirmation. There is an additional fee of $1.15 on International orders for Certificate of Mailing.
