Found some wonderful books this week at an estate sale. Excellent cookbooks. All in beautiful condition unless noted.

Excellent soft covered book from 1996/1999 with 64 pages, by Koneman, printed in Hong Kong. Newer recipe book that is beautifully photographed, you want to lick the pages. I believe this is a series of recipe books, not sure how they are distributed, but under the name of Confident Cooking.

Includes recipes: baked rice custard, egg and lemon soup, Turkish pilaf, Cajun rice w/ pork, Thai sticky rice, sticky black rice pudding, sticky rice in coconut milk, stuffed cabbage rolls, mushroom risotto, rice and lentils, ts more.

Quite a nice little recipe book, think I will watch for these in the future.

Condition: very good condition for its age, No smudging, or writing. No smudging or wear to cover. In like new condition.

Really sweet little cookbook with wonderful photos of food. And rice is good for you too!
