This is 1926 two-color advertisement for Elcar featuring Chase Velmo Upholstery, "All Enclosed Elcars are Richly Upholstered in Lustrous Mohair Velvet." Made by Sanford Mills, Sanford, Maine. On the back is a color advertisement for Perfect Circle Oil Regulating Piston Rings made by the Perfect Circle Company, Hagerstown, Indiana. Both ads are in excellent condition with no tears or rough edges. Measurement: 14"L x 10.75"W.
