Coaxial Probe Holder, 1.5 m coaxial cable, set screw, 45º tip angle, 1 nA leakage performance.

Product Description:

The tip holder is the connection mechanism between micropositioner and probe tip.

Coaxial holder for low current / low voltage measurements.
Teflon spacer insulates probe tip.
With 1.5 m coaxial cable ending in male BNC connector.

Holder can be supplied straight and you can bend to the L-shape needed with many positioners.
Be aware that the material will not survive a sharp 90º bend, a radius of a quarter inch or more will be necessary.
Or if you can supply the reach needed for your probe station setup then we can bend it here.

Tip holder dimensions, length differences of up to 2 mm / 0.8" are possible.
