Auction Description
This sweet little feeding dish was made for a specific purpose - to encourage its user to continue to eat until the center scene could be seen. What fun there is with this very charming bowl! As shown here, a girl and her two puppies look on while her would-be photographer steps atop a box to hang his coat over his camera for just the right lighting. The floor is cluttered with dolls and other toys and a clock hangs on the wall between two framed silhouettes in the background. The scene is endearing, colorfully lithographed and pleasingly busy!

This 1930's piece is marked "Germany" followed by "III" beneath. It measures 7 1/2 inches in diameter by 1 3/8 inches tall and is in a very good condition with just one tiny spot of color loss to one of the silhouette wall frames. That may be a flaw in the original making since the bowl shows no wear in the center where you would expect to see it. There are no nicks, chips, or cracks of any kind.

Domestic shipping costs shown includes insurance. International shipping is subject to customs regulations and rates vary according to destination, so please contact us for your specific terms if you are outside the U.S.

To better manage our costs, we prefer U.S. dollar bank checks or U.S. postal money orders as method of payment. We are also pleased to accept credit or debit card payments via Google Checkout or PayPal. Kindly note that shipping for card transactions is necessarily restricted to your shipping address as furnished to us by them. Thank you!
