Found some wonderful books this week at an estate sale. Excellent cookbooks. All in beautiful condition unless noted.

Excellent soft covered book from 1970 with 95 pages, covering everything from appetizers, to salads, soups, and full dinners. Actually this is the Pillsbury Company that owns Booths and published this typically 1970s cookbook.

Includes recipes: fillet fancy flounder pie, piesta fish fillets, gazpacho fillets, Boston cod broil, galibut cloppino, oyster angels, perch for breakfast!,crab crepes with shrimp sauce, broiled catfish Hawaiian, clam dip, baked stuffed fish, flower child treat (fish sticks), haddock crispy fish platter, halibut fisherman stew, and lots more.

Quite a nice little recipe book if you love fish and seafood. I noticed, sadly, that some of these fish items are no longer available, halibut for example and others like Lake Michigan perch, are in very very low supply. So this is a collector's item to be sure.

Condition: very good condition for its age, No smudging, or writing. No smudging although a bit of discoloration to pages from age. Lightwear to cover. Corners still are crisp and good. Nice copy.

Nice all around cookbook for preparing fish and seafood.
