10" x 8" (unframed), a study of your favourite horse. Select your favourite horse and the type of picture you require (i.e. racing, jumping, head portrait etc.) with your payment. Delivery time approximately 2 weeks.

How to order

It always helps to have as many photographs as possible of your chosen subject in order to get the best possible likeness. Send your photographs direct to me (either by post or by email in .jpg or .tiff format), indicating any preference for composition, background etc. I am always happy to discuss the composition and style of your portrait. If you do not have your own photographs I can search on your behalf.

Frequently asked questions

How long will it take? Your completed drawing will be delivered within 2-3 weeks depending on the amount of research/artwork involved. Every effort will be made if you require your drawing as a gift for a special occasion and you will always be kept informed of any delay.

Do you only draw/paint racehorses? No. I will take orders for anything from equestrian sports to pet or people portraits, landscapes, caricatures or illustrative and graphic design work.

My horse raced a very long time ago. Is it still possible you may be able to find a photograph of them? Yes. Just send as much information as you can and I will try to find a suitable photograph. If you already have photographs please send them with your order.

Can I order from abroad? Yes. Let me have details of your order and I will calculate the postal charges for you. Please allow extra time for delivery.

Can my drawing be framed? Because of the high risk of damage in the postal system I usually recommend that you arrange framing yourself. Your drawing will be sent out in a hard backed envelope by recorded delivery.
