Found some wonderful books this week at an estate sale.  Excellent  cookbooks.   All in beautiful condition unless noted.

Excellent hard covered book from 1991, with 175 pages, it is packed with   wonderful recipes for cooking either on the trail or in your own backyard.

This is an Arizona Highways book with Color photography by Richard Embery and text by Louise DeWald.  Lots of photos of cowboys around the campfire, and recipes for same.  Very well done.

 Condition:   very good condition for its age.  Covers have slight touch of wear and smudging. Corners just gently bumped.     Spine shows little wear but a few "fleabites by spiral rings where paper coating on hard cover peeled back like 1/8".  Book is spiral wire with hard covers slightly largers than pages which kept pages clean and undamaged.  Would be a nice gift book if you overlook the bumped corners as the covers are so clean and bright.

Beautiful book for giftgiving, lots of history of Arizona, cattle drives, menus from the old days, plus lots of recipes.  A nice man's cookbook with recipes that would be easily used for backyard BBQ.  Great to know that when backpacking or on a cattle drive, no need to eat Spam and beans from a can.
