All buyers: All items are sold "AS IS" and we do not accept returns. However, we do endeavor to accurately describe each and every item to the best of our ability. Sometimes things get missed and if so please contact us to work it out.
Shipping: All items are shipped FOB our location. They are packaged appropriately and shipped with a reputable carrier. If you do not buy insurance, any damage or loss en-route is your responsibility. If you are concerned please email and ask for insurance to be included on your invoice. Items over $25 in value require insurance which will be calculated and invoiced at end of auction. We reserve the right to ship using a different method than described only if our estimate falls short of actual costs. Also, we charge a small handling fee to cover our office and travel expenses such as tape, labels, paper, gas to the USPS, etc. We do not make money on shipping so please remember this when giving feedback. We do ship priority as often as possible, we do this so we do not have to purchase boxes which would increase the cost of shipping greater than the cost shipping Priority Mail.
International Buyers: We are happy to ship worldwide. Be aware that we ship USPS Priority International due to PAYPAL SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS and charge a nominal handling fee for shipping supplies, etc. We do not have a choice on this matter so please do not ask for another service or take it out on us in feedback. Customs forms will be filled out with actual cost of purchase, please do not ask us to change it.
