If you're not thrilled at the idea of the fire department coming to your wedding - don't ask Paddington to be an usher. If you shudder at the thought of serving "baked elastic" to the guests at your dinner party - don't ask Paddington to help serve the dessert. If you happen to be the staff psychiatrist at a hospital - you'd better steer clear of that little bear or risk losing your sanity. If you want a piece of sculpture for your garden - you'd be better off not mentioning it to a certain little furry friend. But, of course, if you are Mr. and Mrs. Brown you'll want to take Paddington to town and see the Christmas lights. Just think of all the fun you'd miss if he were left at home!
